No More Tears...

Sad...sedih bila "Flower Girl" tinggalkan mama dalam usia yang baru menjangkau 2 bulan. Tak tau sebab apa, the travel or other reason but u left me for sure. No more to tell...just hoping that she'll be praying for my best there.
Why "she"? Because i really love to have a girl but yet its not now for sure. Maybe next time.

Moment of Sadness

A sad moment...i'm bleeding almost 5 days...the doctor said its a critical time for the baby, its 50 - 50 either she's gonna make it or not. I'm stressed and sad and worried about my baby. Resting in bed and will be seeing the doctor again on 30th. Meanwhile, if the bleeding is getting worst, i'll be sent to the hospital. Do pray that i can keep this baby till the end.

Spicy Food..The spicier the better?

I love spicy food and its been weeks that i craved for a Prosperity Burger. I've had mine just now but felt really guilty to my baby. Does it effecting her? Mmm...my friends said its not safe for the baby but i thought i'm just having it this once and never will after this during my pregnancy

I went through the internet for some answer and found this from babycenter.com, hope its worth it to share.

Is it safe to eat really spicy foods during pregnancy?

It's safe, but whether it's desirable is up to you. Your body will tell if you shouldn't do it. Eating spicy foods may be uncomfortable, especially in the last half to last third of pregnancy, when your stomach is sitting somewhere near your throat and you're very prone to heartburn. And some women develop heartburn even earlier in pregnancy.

Spicy foods are safe for your baby, but they may make you uncomfortable, especially if you're not used to them. Many pregnant women suffer from heartburn, and spicy foods may aggravate that.

Note : Ya Allah selamatkanlah kandunganku dari perkara buruk, Aminn..

Fetal development - 7 weeks pregnant

Now about half an inch / 1.25 centimetres long, the size of a grape, the embryo has distinct, slightly webbed fingers and toes. It's a jumping bean, moving in fits and starts. The liver is churning out large amounts of red blood cells until the bone marrow forms and takes over this role.

The eighth week marks the beginning of a very busy developmental stage. Between now and 20 weeks, your baby will be growing rapidly, and body parts that formed in the first few weeks of life (such as the heart and brain) will become more specialised and complicated. Right now, the teeth and palate are forming, while the ears continue to develop. The fetus' skin is paper thin, and veins are clearly visible.

You're in the throes of the first trimester, when many women complain of common pregnancy aches and pains. Keeping food down may be next to impossible, thanks to morning sickness, caused in part by the pregnancy hormones in your body. You may also need to urinate a lot more often than usual - your growing uterus is pressing on your bladder, and hormones are affecting the balance of fluid in your body. All will diminish as your pregnancy continues.

Exercise is good for you. Check out our fitness section to find out what forms of exercise are safe during pregnancy.

• Note: Experts say every baby develops differently - even in utero. These fetal development pages are designed to give a general idea of how a fetus grows in the womb.
